Ambro-Sol’s commitment to transparency continues to take stock of the 2023 business impacts.
Impact Report 2023
In 2023 we strengthened our commitment to sustainability, achieving important milestones and consolidating the path taken in previous years. After transforming our Polish subsidiary into a Benefit Company in 2022, we have extended this status to the French branch this year, aligning all of our locations with the principles of common benefit.
We have also almost completed the new „Bag On Valve (BOV)” production line, an innovative technology that uses compressed air as a propellant, thus eliminating the use of traditional gases and significantly reducing environmental impact. This solution helps us improve the quality of our products and offer consumers more sustainable options.
Another important milestone was the completion of the study on the „Carbon Footprint” for our organization and for two key products, the acrylic paint and the multi-function unblocker, according to ISO 14064 and 14067 standards. This allows us to monitor CO2 emissions and take concrete measures to reduce and offset them.
Continuing our collaboration with Treedom, we have planted 15 new trees in Kenya, contributing to a global forest of 365 trees that will absorb 400,000 kg of CO2 over the next 10 years. Together with WOWnature, we supported reforestation projects at the Sebino Peat Bog Reserve and Oglio Sud Park, promoting biodiversity and offsetting a further 1002 tonnes of CO2.
These projects demonstrate our commitment to combine economic growth, social responsibility and environmental protection, maintaining a constant dialogue with our stakeholders and actively contributing to the sustainable development goals of the UN 2030 Agenda.
